Using the Website

By using or/and visiting Weddingoutlet.com.au (here on referred to as “the site”, “website”, “us” or “we”) and any associated functionalities and services, the user agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions and/or agreement.
Weddingoulet.com.au holds the right to alter this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. The user is expected to check the agreement from time to time, and especially at the time of using the services of the website.

 

Price and Payment Terms

The prices at WeddingOutlet are subject to change at any time. The user pays the amount mentioned at the time of sale. All prices, including delivery charges, are listed in Australian dollars and taxes are already included in the price.
Payment for goods has to be made at the time of ordering, and must be paid in full. The user is required to read the payments section of the website carefully, before placing an order.
In the event that payment is rejected by the bank, or the credit card or cheque is declined, the order stands cancelled, and we will not hold the goods against the order placed by you.

 

Age of Consent

The user must be 18 years of age and older to place an order at Weddingoutlet.com.au.
In the event of any loss or damage suffered by us, as a consequence of a transaction with a minor, the website holds the right to claim damages from and/or take compensation from the parents or guardians of the minor in question.

 

Privacy Policy

Information is collected at the time of registration directly from the customer, and for the purpose of the purchase only, and the information may include name, email address, contact number and postal address.
All online payments are carried out through secure gateways, such as Paypal, and no credit card or other financial information is stored by Weddingoutlet.com.au. The user may request us to remove their personal information from our databases via email or through the Contact Us section on the website.

 

Delivery Policy

Under the terms of this agreement, the website will deliver the product as shown on the site only upon confirmation of the order. The user should understand that the site endeavors to meet all the stated dispatch time frames and delivery time frames, we do not, however, undertake responsibility for any external delay. Options and details of delivery are available on the website and the user is expected to read them.

 

Refund/Exchange Policy

All garments are custom made to order, if you ordered a standard sized garment (eg. wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, suits, ties ) and if for whatever reason it doesn’t fit properly, or you ordered the wrong size, simply return it back to us within 10 days and we will offer you an exchange for a different size. Buyer pays for the return postage.

Our standard delivery times is 8 to 10 weeks for a new garment sent to you, so if you need a new dress remade urgently you will need to pay for the express costs.

You can exchange the garment once, it cannot be worn outdoors, perfumed, stepped on or show signs it’s been worn when you return it back to us.

All garments are sent with tracking numbers with registered post

To ease your mind, the credit card merchant we use is Paypal.

The address for returning goods is in Hong Kong.

If you requested us to custom make the garment for you, eg. if you gave us measurements for your body. Then if you simply change your mind, we don’t accept exchanges/refunds on this because we made it tailored to your body shape. If the garment doesn’t fit you, we would recommend you taking it to a tailor for minor adjustments. If you believe it was made incorrectly to your measurement, please take a photo of your garment to show us the measurements as proof. Then we can exchange and remake/alter it for you. Please allow around 8 to 10 weeks if you require us to remake/alter the garment for you. We will pay for your postage sent back to us.

We don’t do exchanges/refunds on simply change of heart. All our dresses look exactly like the website, so we don’t exchange/refund on things like you don’t like the colour or style anymore. If you are not sure about the colour or style, I would suggest you to order a colour swatch first or you order 1 x style to try on first so you can see it. All our garments require workmanship and fabric costs and are all tailored made to order.
So we don’t accept exchanges/refunds because the customer changed their minds about the garment, but we do accept exchanging the garment (if you ordered a standard size) for a different size so that it will fit you.

If the product you want to change is a higher price, the buyer pays for the difference for the higher priced item for the exchange. Eg. if you ordered a dress that is $299.95 and want to exchange it for the $599.95 dress, you will need to pay for the $300 difference.

If for some reason you find our products faulty, you can return the goods back to us for a repair, exchange or a credit for the item. We will pay for your return postage.

Please ensure the measurements you give us are accurate, we are not responsible if you gave us incorrect measurements.

We accept exchanges all non-garments such as wedding favours, chair sashes, shoes, guest books. You will need to send the items back to us in order for us to exchange them for you. Buyer pays for return postage.

 

Indemnity Clause

The user shall indemnify or keep indemnified the directors, officers, agents and employees at Weddingoutlet.com.au against and from any loss, this includes any reasonable legal expenses and costs on the basis of full indemnity, or against any liability that has been suffered or incurred by the user or by us, having arisen due to any claim, suit, proceeding, action or demand made by any person against the user or the site where a loss or liability such as this arose out of in respect or in connection with the user’s conduct or a breach of the agreement.

 

Limitation of Liability

Weddingoutlet.com.au accepts no liability with relation to the products supplied except if and to the extent that is required by law under this agreement. Where Weddingoutlet.com.au is liable, its liability is limited to providing of the minimum remedies that are required by law.
The site accepts no liability for damage or loss, direct or indirect, for any omission, act and/or default, be it negligent or otherwise for any third party or provider. In the event that the site’s liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
